***I wonder if I'll ever get to re-modeling this site***
Greetings one and all! Welcome to my web site! You know, one of these days I'll actually overhaul this thing with Flash.
This is a pic of me when I was 5 years old. Just add a 'goatee' and 30 years, and that's me now. I don't think I've worn shades since, though. There will be many things to entertain, delight, intrigue, and even frighten you. Well, actually, if anything here frightens you, then perhaps you should start some medication.
Places to Go, Things to Do:
- Monster Zero-For all your Dai Kaiju news. Godzilla's 50th Anniversary is upon us and his last movie for a while is coming at the end of 2004. Wow, 50 years is quite a carreer for a guy in a rubber suit.
- California Area Earthquakes. Particularly useful for So. Cal. residents like myself.
- SPUMCO! -John K., the man that gave us the original Ren and Stimpy, is on the web! Yaaaay!
- The Brunching Shuttlecocks -These folks have moved on, but you can still enjoy their archives of funny.
- Stadium Mustard - This is the best mustard on earth, no question about it. Just go get some. Right now. Go on. Go. You won't be sorry.
- The Chairman of the Board-Ladies and Gentlemen, Frank Sinatra. May he Rest In Peace.
- Forrest J. Ackerman!-Visit Forry's Wide Webbed World to see the most fantastical sci-fi, horror, and fantasy artifact collection on the planet! Sure to amaze, astound and entertain! And that Forry is a real prince...of darkness, that is!
- The Spark -Ok, these folks have a lot of spare time. Lucky for us.
- Myopic Productions - For unusual short fims that will surely entertain, go to this site. I work for this guy, so you better check it out!
- Talk Like a Pirate Day! -Sure it's a great holiday, but who says you can only talk like a pirate one day a year! Annoy your friends the other 364 days, too!
- Grant Langston -Not only a great musician and songwriter, but also blessed with a great name. Check out this guy's new CD. It's excellent!
- GIANT -With DJ's like these, how could you not have fun? Go to Giant and see for yourself. Dance, baby, dance!
- Valerie and the Vibe Tribe! -She's oh so yummy and her tribe is too! Go see her spin, 'cause you won't believe the mood she'll put you in! Long Live The Vibe!
- Beer!!-Go to this sight, because beer is our friend and you should support your friends.
- bOINGbOING! - For much internet insight and mirth. Home of the Happy Mutant.
- Terri Welles-Because nothing is more humbling than the beauty of a woman.
- Michael Parkes- Visit Steltman Galleries and check out one of my favorite contemporary artists.
- Virtual Florist-Be a romantic and send someone flowers-real or electronic. People like flowers.
- Darwin Awards - I love hearing about dumb people doing dumb things. These are the dumbest.
- Dead People Server -"I thought he was dead!" That's what I said a few years ago when I saw Abe Vigoda on Conan O'Brien show for the first time. If I had gone to this site first, I would've already known he was still alive.
- The LA. Grim Society-I have a rather macabre sense of humor and these are the most likely people with which to share it.
- Sin City- Penn and Teller! 'Nuff said.
- Internet Movie Database-Everything you could ever want to know about any movie and some things you probably don't want to know, too.
- Mr. Cranky!-Movie reviews for the optimistically impaired.
- Revok. You'll find great hard-to-find, out of print, and uncut versions of cult films.
- The Smoking Gun -Now most notable for their mugshots of famous people. Strangely fascinating.
- CNN-This is my token "constructive" site. Hey, it can't all be entertainment. Well, yeah it can.
- Operation Clambake, you have to see. - About Scientology...
Hey look, Barney sucks, ok?
Why look, another picture! That would be me and my friend Steve just before I moved out to LA. I'm the one 'up in arms'... Is it me, or does Steve look as if he might plunge a hatchet into my back at any moment- and really enjoy it?
Part of this site will be devoted to the rather diverse, (or strange), people I know and have a significant place in my life. As they say, "Birds of a feather...".
Here's one now:
My Gallery O'Pics page is soon to be updated! I know it's been a million years since I did that, but I still haven't posted pics from my trip to the U.K. I'll get to it, I promise. Really.
Please feel free to stop by and visit Rick Deckard. He lives in Apt. 9732
Hey, check out my Random Stuff page! There's more...stuff there.
I dare you to...
