Blocks of rooms will be set aside for a limited time in the following places.
All, except the University Apartments, require that the participant contact the hotel directly and confirm reservations prior to the given cutoff date (generally 30 days prior to the conference). Accomodations in the University Apartments require arrangement by the organizers and a much more stringent commitment by the participant (see details and URGENT notice below).

5. University Apartments (Cardinal Gardens, Photo, Location): Located on the edge of the USC campus. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with kitchen with refrigerator, stove and oven. Air-conditioned. Basic linen service provided. Across the street from University Village, a large collection of shops, boutiques, small restaurants and a super-market. 10 minute walk to conference site.
1 bedroom, 2 persons: $31.92 / person / night = $63.84 / night (No longer available)

Parking: On premises parking is available for $6.00 US/day or $20.00 US/week.
Interested parties must submit a 25% deposit along with their registration. Balance will be due on first day of conference and can be paid with a credit card, cash or check on a US bank. Those paying with wire transfers should contact Amy Yung (amy@usc.edu) and give your Name and the Amount you will be transferring.
The above prices are fixed but the availability is not.
SPECIAL NOTE: Although the March 26 deadline for expressing interest in the university apartments has passed I am able to enter new names on a space available basis, and SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE. So please, if you are interested in putting your name on the list, send an e-mail to amy@usc.edu and indicate which of the above options you prefer! We must block the rooms early to guarantee availability. Put "HousingICDEA" in the "Subject".
