Submission of Abstracts

For proper consideration, abstracts for contributed talks should be submitted as soon as possible. The abstracts arriving after the July 15 deadline stand the chance of being excluded from the printed program. If so, they will be made available to participants as loose inserts at the time of the first meeting.

Abstracts should conform to the following:

(1) Format: Abstracts will be accepted only in Text (.txt), Rich Text (.rtf), (.pdf) or Word. To reduce processing by the conference staff, we prefer the .pdf format and it should contain at least 1 inch margins on all 4 sides and no page number.

(2) Length: Maximum one 8 1/2 X 11 inch page if submitted in .pdf format, 3/4 page otherwise.

(3) Include: Title, all authors, affiliation and name of author presenting talk

There will be a published Proceedings.
