LA Documents Series: "Along Central" (2000)
Each of the six separate works comprising "Along Central" are printed at 2.7 x 1.6 meters: far too large to be viewed effectively as a conventional image on the web. Instead, a much more effective, interactive, and practical technology is used for Web display here, "MrSid" compression. Users must have the MrSid viewer plug-in installed on their web browser. If you do not have this viewer, it may be obtained free of charge, and rather quickly, at Lizardtech at http://www.lizardtech.com. Then, simply click on the thumbnails below. You will be able to zoom-in and out of the image as though you were standing in front of it. All images on this site are Copyright Robbert Flick and may not be reproduced without permission.
