Ming-Shen Wang is well known to PRCUD Council members everywhere as the Secretary General of the 1998 PRCUD Conference Organizing Committee in Kaohsiung. In this capacity he has been responsible for introducing innovative changes to the annual conference and for helping to lead PRCUD in its establishment of an annual forum format, including the production of a Kaohsiung Report summarizing the event. In recent years Ming-Shen Wang has participated actively in several PRCUD conferences, including those held in Brisbane, Seoul, and Singapore. It is primarily through his involvement that the Kaohsiung Chapter of PRCUD has enjoyed such prominence of late. | |
