    The 1992 Yokohama PRCUD Conference Organizing Committee holds the distinction of having organized one of the more successful conferences in PRCUD history.  Under the leadership of Dr. Koichi Mera, and with able assistance from Dr. Akihiko Tani and Dr. Yukio Oguri, the Committee clearly set our young organization on a stable path forward financially,
organizationally, and professionally.  The event in Yokohama was a watershed for PRCUD.
