Yi-Hou Lin is an influential member of the Ministry of Construction in Taipei, with special responsibility for housing and related urban development assignments. He has maintained strong international ties with his counterparts abroad, and has a special interest in new town developments. He has been a member of PRCUD for many years and is a former member of the PRCUD Board of Directors. His fields of expertise include urban planning and public housing.
