With over twenty five years of experience in project development, planning, management and construction in China, Southeast .Asia, North America, he has been project consultant to a wide range of Hong Kong Government Departments and private developers. He also has considerable experience with the Chinese Authorities, enterprises and professional bodies at various levels such as the Planning Bureau and Architectural Design Institutes. He was a visiting lecturer at the Center of Urban Planning and Environmental Management, University of Hong Kong and a design critique at the Lousiana State University. He has won numerous design and research awards. Having done in-depth research on spatial planning and development topics, he has also published articles regularly in newspapers and journals. |
