John Hong is an associate of Richard Watson & Associates. He began his practical planning and real estate experience with the City of Orange as a Planner from 1970 to 1979. From 1979 to 1981 he served as an executive Director for the Hanyang Engineering Co. in Seoul, Korea. He served in the capacity of Executive Director of the Daewoo Corporation of Seoul from 1981 to 1984. Upon his return to California in 1984, Mr Hong founded CJ Development Company (later renamed Unipac Communities), developing custom homes, townhomes and apartments. He also served as Vice President for Tong Yang Cement Corporation's Engineering and Construction Group from 1997 to 1998. |
