A former member of the PRCUD Board of Directors, Dr. Cheng-Min Feng has been an active PRCUD member from the beginning, and was one of those on hand in 1988 at the initial meeting that led to the suggestion that this organization be formed. Educated at Northwestern University under the tutelage of the renowned Alex Anas, Dr. Feng specializes in transportation planning issues in Taipei. He is widely sought after for his expertise in this area and until recently was on leave of absence from his faculty position at National Chiao Tung University at the request of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications in order to serve as Chairman of its Institute of Traffic and Transportation.
