Unfortunately the wiki portion of this page, which had an up-to-date
list of papers and descriptions that anyone could edit,
was hacked. Someone corrupted the
wiki and linked it to casino sites. I was using an old version of dokuwiki.
I'm sure there are newer versions with more security features,
but that will take time to install, and I may not get around to
doing that. Thus, the wiki version is down indefinately.

The old page does not have as many references as
the wiki version did. It also does not allow people to edit.
I may eventually recover the list of papers from the wiki page
and convert to html, but that will take some time.
