| Project Intent Harold Wolfe Development of diverse programs and usage on a shared site can activate a neighborhood, encourage the use of a site for a greater number of hours per day, and therefore create a safer and more efficient environment. Statistics show a strong fine-arts presence in the area and a co-use school site can provide educational services lacking for the community while also benefitting the school unique to its neighborhood's needs.
Co-Use Program
Artist galleries and multi-use rooms have a large presence on the site as well as shared outdoor space. The current neighborhood lacks green space and the shared green space stiches the diverse elements of the program together and allows cross circulation throughout the block.
