Larry Williams

Larry Williams is a retired Chief Management Analyst for the City of Los Angeles. In this position he was responsible for all administrative activities in an over $50 million Los Angeles City department. As an experienced government executive he directed budget, personnel, finance and information technology activities for the City. He has worked as an administrator in Public Works, the Los Angeles Police Department, Department of Telecommunications, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Los Angeles World Airports Mr. Williams has an MPA from Cal State University Long Beach and BA from Cal State Fullerton. His passion in life is mentoring students and early career professionals. Larry is a long time mentor of graduate students and professional government analysts. He has been working with IPPAM for the past year helping students achieve their career goals.
