J.
P. Singh is
Assistant Professor in the Communication, Culture and Technology
Program at Georgetown University. He is also a Visiting Fellow
at the think-tank New America Foundation. His
articles have appeared in publications such as Telecommunications
Policy, Info, International Negotiation, Prometheus, and in anthologies
such as the Handbook of International and Intercultural Communication
and the Encyclopedia of International Media and Communications.
