Theodore
H. Moran is
Marcus Wallenberg Professor of International Business
and Finance, and Director, Landegger Program in International
Business Diplomacy, School of Foreign Service, Georgetown
University. He has published widely on multinational
corporations and foreign direct investment issues.
He is a consultant to the World Bank Group,the United
Nations, and diverse governments in Asia and Latin
America and the international business and finance
communities. He has served twice as a member of the
U.S. Department of State Policy Planning Staff and
currently is active in the monitoring of compliance
with international labor standards.
