Larry
Crump teaches
and conducts research on international negotiation at Griffith
University (Brisbane Australia). Most recently he has served
as a visiting scholar at Institut d’Etudes Politiques de
Paris (Sciences Po in Paris) and Sabanci University (Istanbul),
and served as a visiting fellow at the Institute for Southeast
Asian Studies (Singapore). He specialises in the study of bilateral
and regional trade policy negotiations (process and outcome)
and the interaction between these negotiations and WTO multilateral
negotiations. He has conducted field research on the following
trade policy negotiations: Singapore–Australia, US–Singapore,
Australia–US, EU–Chile, US–Chile, EU–Mercosur,
the Free Trade Area of the Americas, and the WTO Doha round.
