My primary interest are applications of Numerical Analysis, Inverse Problems, Optimization, Assimilative, Dynamical and Statistical techniques to problems in Geosciences (GPS orbit determination, ionosphere weather) and Biology (alcohol concentration estimates and Thiobacillus Ferrooxidans bacteria catalytic effects in the iron-sulfur cycle).
