Parking

  1. Most streets in West Hollywood including Harper and Willoughy do not require permits, but pay attention to posted signs. Some blocks do require evening permits after 7:00 p.m.
  2. If you park in district 9R (which includes the blocks of Romaine north of our house between Sweetzer and La Jolla), leave your hazard lights blinking while you come to the house for a parking permit.
  3. DO NOT park south of Willoughby, which is in the City of Los Angeles. We do not have permits for parking in that area. (Willoughby itself is ok.)
