ERIC is the world's largest source of education information, with more
than 1 million abstracts of documents and journal articles on education
research and practice. This version of the Database, updated monthly,
provides access to ERIC Document citations from 1966 through September
1999 and ERIC Journal citations from 1966 through August 1999.
Simply click on the link and then begin by entering your search terms in

A great resource from the ERIC Clearinghouse on Assessment and
Evaluation with information and reviews of thousands to tests and
assessment instruments. The Test Locator is a joint project of the ERIC
Clearinghouse on Assessment and Evaluation, the Library and Reference
Services Division of the Educational Testing Service, the Buros Institute
of Mental Measurements at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, the
Region III Comprehensive Center at GW University, and Pro-Ed test
publishers.
The Foreign Language Test Database is a searchable database of secondary
and college level tests in languages other than English. We are in the
process of expanding the database; it currently contains more than 140
tests in 63 languages. The database is maintained by the National Capital
Language Resource Center, a joint project of Georgetown University, The
George Washington University, and the Center for Applied Linguistics.
The National Clearinghouse on Bilignual Education's Bibliographic
Database provides access to over 20,000 bibliographic citations and
abstracts of materials from a variety of sources dealing with all aspects
of the education of linguistically and culturally diverse (LCD) students in
U.S. schools. Categories of topics covered include: educational programs,
curriculum and instruction, parent and community involvement,
educational personnel training and professional development, educational
research, cultural diversity, history, legislation and policy, and
systemic reform.
NCES is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data that
are related to education in the United States and other nations. Use the
comprehensive search engine to help locate information anywhere on the
NCES Web Site.
EROD enables Internet users to search for information centers,
comprehensive and technical assistance centers, state agencies, and many
other types of programs, services, and organizations. EROD's database is
searchable by title/program name, keyword(s), state, audience served,
and much more.

number or by word or phrase. Acting under the directive of the
leadership of Congress to make Federal legislative information freely
available to the Internet public, a Library of Congress team developed the
