I am a postdoctoral fellow in the USC Society of Fellows. I received my PhD in History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Pittsburgh in April 2015. My interests are chiefly in philosophy of science and philosophy of applied mathematics. I also have interests in feminist philosophy and the interaction between metaphysics and science. I am the webmaster for a MAP website on best practices for the inclusive philosophy classroom. For more information in this vein, you can look at my CV.
I try to go hiking, backpacking, and mountaineering when I have the chance. This habit started in the rainforest-shrouded mountains of Malaysia, but these days my vacationing is more likely to take place in the Rockies or Iceland. In daily life I am more often found swimming, cycling, or running.
