Aravind Asok - University of Southern California

I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Southern California.

I am co-organizing a summer school on F. Morel's proof of the stable A^1-connectivity theorem this summer; the school will be held August 4-7, 2015 at USC.

This coming semester (Fall 2015) I will be on leave.

Please feel free to attend our departmental algebra seminar; name notwithstanding, topics of interest range from algebraic geometry to algebra and homotopy theory.

My research centers around using the Morel-Voevodsky A^1-homotopy theory to study problems in arithmetic and algebra. For more information, please see my Preprints and Publications.

I gratefully acknowledge the support of the National Science Foundation via CAREER Award DMS-1254892.
