Since the data analysis is complicated, we anticipate the need for a data-reduction team in charge of calibration and quality control to ensure a uniform treatment of the data. It would be the task of that team to provide high-quality data products to the observers.
The core programme could be defined for a period of three years in the first instance, into which the Guest Investigator programme for additional targets could be inserted. In keeping with ESA's general policy, all data will be made available to the scientific community at large approximately one year after they are collected.
